The Crossray+ Built-in 2-burner is ideal for compact outdoor kitchens with power of a 4-burner. What is special to the Crossray+ by HEATSTRIP technology, is that the burners don’t connect to gas in a traditional sense, but uses infrared heating. This way of heating makes your dishes cook from the inside out, in stead of just around as with traditional gasburners.
